Able to customize time zone for chat widget#94

Customize time zone so that the user can relate to the time stamp on the chat window.

The display format of the time stamp also needs improvement. Currently, the time stamp says “7:1” on the chat window instead of “7:01” and it doesn’t say whether the time is a.m. or p.m.

Thank you for finding this error. This is not a function it’s an error which we will fix asap. :)
