Ability to see from which channels (whatapps or facebook or website) livechat users are coming from for the same bot.
Eg. one pizzabot using for facebook, whatapps and website and when order come in or livechat users come in from which channels. This is useful for marketing also to identify which channels is making more conversion from the bot or livechat.
