Integration with a knowledgebase for Support questions#31

Be able to search through our Knowledgebase (currently Zendesk, but maybe even a blog) and return relevant help articles that can help solve the issue.

This will greatly reduce the number of support tickets generated and help free up customer support’s time.

Yes, Customerly is a PitchGround offerered product that many of us also have. Customerly has a beautiful knowledgebase.
