Sometimes a data has been captured and there is no need to trigger the sequence for the particular user or all users.
For example, a limited number of appointment slots has been taken up and certain button/intent no longer need to be available.
Or a limited number of products have been bought and no more stocks available.
The bot should also be able to feedback to user how many times the sequence has been triggered and how many times left, for example, 3 appointment slots left / 3 products left in stock.
An intent/answer may be disabled for specific user after the user has registered for the appointment, while it is still available to other users.
