Add a persistent menu at the bottom of the chatbot#118

Add a persistent menu with buttons for the most common subjects the bot can answer. Can also be used to directly switch over to a live chat agent.

You can add any necessary buttons for your dialogue. :) Since we are a cross-platform solution, we first add features that can work in all channels.
