Notification Sound or message for notify page owner#113

Would like to have a notification sound or message when someone wants to talk to us through the chatbot

I am assuming this is for the live chat function. A few other bot have this function as well. +1

Its really necessary, cause we’re absolutely didn’t want to lose our customer who really had good intention and we’re not able to answer cause there’s no notif and we’re not aware that there’s any left messages

If the app will not be ready yet. An email push out when anyone is sent to the live chat will be good as well.
