The ability for the bot randomly select from a 3 or so answers to the same question.

Use cases

1. This is useful for people who are returning to the same bot. Last time they were greeted with “hello”. This time it’s “Hey”

This helps to make the bot feel more human and interesting.

1. In the case of a restuarant bot a user might ask the bot “please make a suggestion”. The bot could then make a random suggestion for a meal order

This would make for a less “robotic” chat bot, keeping it interesting and fun.
